State Senator Lea Webb is looking for Interns!
Interns will provide critical support to our district office functions and get to see the ins and outs of how a government office is run. We have part time and full time internships available.
Intern responsibilities will include:
- Learning about the legislative process and which bills and issues are important to the Senator and the district
- Responding to constituent correspondence
- Working with the communications team on social media outreach and following the news
- Answering the District Office line
- Writing background memos on important legislative issues
While we are unable to pay our interns, we are happy to sign-off on public service hours or college credit.
