About Othrys

Othrys is an independent real estate investment and asset management firm focused on operational real estate: logistics, light industrial and retail.

Founded in 2013, we partner with institutional investors, delivering targeted investment strategies and hands-on asset management. Today we manage 120+ assets, c. 900,000 sq m and €1.4bn of AUM.

Through our AMF-licensed management company, we also run several real estate discretionary funds for private investors across commercial and industrial property.

With c. €100m of dry powder to deploy in the near term, we pursue opportunistic strategies from core+ to value-add, targeting assets that call for active operational management. We create value through repositioning, restructuring and buy-to-sell (marchand de biens) transactions, alongside income-producing acquisitions.

Headquartered in Paris with a presence in Spain, we are a team of around 20 covering the full real estate value chain: Investment, Asset Management, Property Management and Fund Management.

The Role

You will join the Asset Management & Investment team and work closely with our Fund Management and Property Management colleagues.

Investments

  • Support deals end to end: screening opportunities, benchmarking comparables, running due diligence, supporting closings and drafting investment memos,
  • Build financial models and market analyses to help investment decisions.

Asset Management

  • Support Asset Managers in executing value creation strategies: tracking asset performance, preparing client reporting, monitoring capex programmes, supporting leasing efforts, updating business plans and carrying out strategic reviews,
  • Contribute to financial controls and the rollout of our ESG policy,
  • Help shape disposal and operational decisions to maximise asset value: managing datarooms, vendor due diligence, hold/sell analysis…

Cross-functional Support

  • Contribute actively to internal and external reporting,
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,
  • Pitch in on a variety of projects as business needs evolve.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a curious, rigorous and responsive individual, motivated by the versatility of a lean, entrepreneurial environment and ready to support the team on varied and stimulating projects.

Education

  • Final-year student ONLY at a top business or engineering school (Master’s level), or enrolled in a real estate specialized Master.

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in real estate and/or finance.
  • Advanced Excel, plus strong Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent English and French; additional language is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with real comfort in numbers

.

Personal Qualities

  • You are energised by challenge and a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and natural curiosity.
  • You are organised and autonomous, with high standards.
  • You are driven and assertive, eager to make an impact on asset value creation.
  • You are interested in ESG and keen to contribute to its integration into asset strategies
