Here’s the updated version. I’ve treated $80,000–$300,000+ as annual income potential and made the commission structure and licensing requirement clear.

Life Insurance Sales Representative

About Quantum Sales Group

Quantum Sales Group is a life insurance agency built on integrity, accountability, and continuous growth. We help individuals and families understand their life insurance options and choose coverage that fits their needs, goals, and budget.

Our mission is to protect families while developing skilled sales professionals who take pride in their work. We believe lasting success comes from consistent effort, strong relationships, and doing the right thing for clients.

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to develop their sales skills and build a long-term career in life insurance.

Whether you have experience in sales, customer service, the trades, athletics, or are entering a new field, we welcome people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You’ll work with a team that provides ongoing training, mentorship, and clear expectations.

This role involves consistent phone outreach, client conversations, and follow-up. Success requires initiative, organization, and the ability to apply feedback.

Compensation and Income Potential

100% commission compensation. This position does not include a base salary.

Annual income potential of $80,000–$300,000+, with the opportunity to earn more based on individual sales performance.

Earnings depend on your sales production and applicable commission terms. Income is not guaranteed, and actual earnings may fall below this range.

What You’ll Do

Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls and consistent follow-up.

Learn about each client’s family, financial responsibilities, coverage needs, and budget.

Once licensed, explain available life insurance options clearly and help clients make informed decisions.

Guide clients through the application process and keep them updated during underwriting.

Follow up after approval to help clients receive their policy information and access their coverage.

Maintain accurate client records and work toward clear activity and sales goals.

Participate in team meetings, sales training, and role-play to improve your skills.

Who We’re Looking For

Strong communicators who listen carefully and treat people professionally.

Self-motivated individuals who follow through on commitments.

Coachable people who welcome feedback and take ownership of their results.

Organized candidates who are comfortable making calls and managing follow-up.

People who value integrity, teamwork, and providing a positive client experience.

Previous sales or insurance experience is helpful, and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Licensing Requirement

You must hold an active life insurance license before conducting insurance sales. If you are not currently licensed, you may apply, but you must complete the licensing process and obtain the required license before selling insurance.

We’re looking for candidates who are committed to completing this step and taking their professional development seriously.

Training and Growth

At Quantum Sales Group, you can expect ongoing sales and product training, mentorship from experienced agents, and a team culture centered on accountability and improvement.

As you build your skills and demonstrate consistent performance, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in mentorship and team leadership.

How to Apply

Submit your résumé and a brief introduction explaining why you’re interested in sales and what you would bring to Quantum Sales Group.

If you’re ready to learn, put in the work, and build a career helping families, we encourage you to apply.
