Data Analyst Assistant — Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Data Analyst Assistant** to join our team in a paid, full-time hybrid position. This is a great opportunity for students and recent graduates interested in learning how organizations use data to make better business and operational decisions.

You do **not** need to be a computer programming major to apply. We welcome applicants from a wide range of academic backgrounds, particularly students who enjoy working with information, identifying trends, solving problems, conducting research, and presenting findings.

The ideal candidate is curious, organized, comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, and eager to develop practical professional skills.

Responsibilities

Collect, enter, organize, and update data.

Review information for accuracy and inconsistencies.

Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and summaries.

Conduct research and organize findings.

Maintain accurate digital records and files.

Assist with data-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Reliable internet connection.

Previous data or administrative experience is a plus.

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in college/university or recently graduated.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and think critically.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
* Previous professional data analysis experience is **not required
