Synergy Badminton Academy is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our front desk team at our Fremont locations!
As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, helping create a welcoming experience while supporting daily facility operations. You’ll also have opportunities to assist with our badminton pro shop, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, retail, and sales.
What You’ll Do
Welcome members and guests and assist with check-ins
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Assist with court reservations and class registrations
Process payments, memberships, and retail purchases
Help customers with pro shop purchases and product inquiries
Assist with merchandise inventory, restocking, and organization
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk
Work with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
Able to learn new systems, follow procedures, and work independently once trained
Willing to take initiative and help wherever needed
Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Part-time position
Weekday evenings and weekend evenings availability preferred
Scheduling based on business needs and availability
