We are a small but very active consultancy working for a number of clients in various industries on stress analysis and product optimisation. For more details, see www.FEA-Solutions.co.uk. We offer a Trainee vacancy for a suitable graduate interested in FEA, CFD and CAD design.

We require
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar, preferably Master
• Good theoretical knowledge of linear stress and dynamics
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of FEA
• Practical knowledge of CAD software
• Ability to perform three-dimensional modelling of complex structures
• Thorough work attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain and report results
As we are working on defence contracts, the successful candidate must be a UK Citizen due to security clearance requirements.
A UK work visa is not sufficient, UK Citizenship is required.
