We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Administrator who can also support our marketing and outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of structure and people-facing work and is comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily sales office operations running smoothly
- Make 50–100 outbound sales calls per day to generate leads
- Follow up with prospects via LinkedIn and email
- Support marketing and outreach campaigns
- Build and manage prospect lists using Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Track activity and maintain organized outreach records
- Work independently to manage tasks, priorities, and follow-through
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (must-have)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and outreach
- Experience using LinkedIn and email for professional communication
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with sequencing tools is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to stay productive and accountable without supervision
Work Schedule & Environment:
- Full-time role
- In-office for the first 3 months
- Hybrid schedule after 3 months (work from home Mondays and Fridays)
