Latchwork helps small businesses fix the operational plumbing behind the scenes — bookkeeping, workflow automation, vendor management, and process design. We’re hiring a Remote Administrative Assistant to support scheduling, client documents, correspondence, and day-to-day office coordination.
You’ll:
- Manage calendars and schedule client calls
- Prepare and proofread client documents and correspondence
- Handle inbound email/phone inquiries and route as needed
- Maintain organized digital files and support data entry in CRM/project tools
- Assist with client onboarding logistics
