Cornell Career Fair Days – Flagship Fair
Cornell Career Fair Days is our largest annual recruiting event, bringing students from across our ten colleges and schools to meet with employers across multiple days. Participating organizations include Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, startups, and more.
Employers participate to:
- Increase organizational visibility and brand awareness.
- Promote full‑time, internship, and co‑op opportunities.
- Engage with high‑potential candidates early in the recruiting cycle.
- Build or expand long‑term talent pipelines.
Career Pathway Fairs
Throughout the year, we host a variety of career pathway fairs that allow employers to connect directly with students who are intentionally exploring specific career interests and functional areas. These more focused fairs create opportunities to:
- Engage with talent whose skills and goals align with particular career pathways.
- Build relationships with students seeking roles in your area of expertise.
- Highlight specialized opportunities, programs, and professional trajectories.
These fairs are ideal for employers seeking meaningful, targeted engagement with students who have a clear interest in their career direction.
Multi‑Campus Career Fairs
Multi‑campus career fairs allow employers to connect with students from multiple universities through a single event. Often hosted virtually, these fairs offer a high‑efficiency way to:
- Engage with a broader and more diverse talent pool.
- Access students across different institutions, regions, and programs.
- Increase brand visibility beyond Cornell’s campus.
- Streamline recruiting efforts while expanding reach.
These fairs can be a valuable addition to your broader recruiting strategy, especially for organizations seeking wide-ranging exposure and candidate volume.
Graduate & Professional School Fairs
Our graduate and professional school fairs connect admissions representatives with students considering advanced study. These fairs provide space to:
- Share program offerings and academic pathways.
- Offer insights into admissions processes.
- Engage with students preparing for graduate-level education.
These fairs help programs build awareness and attract motivated students exploring the next stage of their academic journey.
