This series of events will introduce you to meaningful careers in government, non-profits, and socially responsible private sector roles. You’ll gain valuable insights, practical advice for your job search, and connections to help you take your next steps. Whether you’re starting to explore your options or actively pursuing a position, this series will equip you with the knowledge and support to pursue a career that creates positive change in the world.
The series includes an alumni panel, workshop from our public service career coach, and peer networking event. Join us for one or all of these wonderful events! Registration is encouraged but not required.

Whether you’ve already spent lots of time supporting causes that are important to you, or are curious about how to use your skills and classroom knowledge in a new way, this session is for you! We’ll explore potential career paths, share strategies to find meaningful positions, and talk about how to market your transferable skills to showcase your ability to be successful in the field.
Peer Networking Night: Building Connections for Social Impact Careers

Connect with like-minded peers at our Social Impact Networking Night! This is a great opportunity for students to exchange ideas, share advice, and build relationships with others passionate about making a difference. Upperclassmen who have worked in government, non-profits, and socially responsible private sector roles will offer insights on securing internships and volunteer experiences. All attendees will have the chance to collaborate and support one another in working towards their goals in social impact fields. Whether you’re just starting to explore these careers or already on your way, this event will help you expand your network and find your community.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided. No dress code required; come as you are.

Looking for a summer internship or full-time job? Don’t miss this great opportunity to meet top employers from various industries! Registered employers are currently actively hiring for opportunities beginning in 2025 – hence “just in time”. You’ll see positions across industries including education, government, nonprofit, startups, healthcare, biotech, real estate, financial services, consulting (and more!)
For this virtual fair, you can sign up for specific time slots in advance so it fits your schedule. After registering, choose from employer group sessions (~30 minutes) and/or 1:1 chats with an employer (10-20 minutes). You can attend as much or as little as desired within the advertised timeframe.
