Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with language proficiency standards and educational best practices.

- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students with disabilities or special educational needs, ensuring an inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing, quizzes, and oral assessments.
- Provide individualized tutoring and support to help students improve literacy, vocabulary, grammar, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a respectful, motivating atmosphere that encourages active participation from all learners.
Qualifications
- Proven classroom experience teaching Italian and Spanish at various levels, including beginner to advanced.
- Strong background in curriculum development tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective classroom management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, and colleagues clearly and professionally.
- Ability to incorporate literacy education strategies alongside math integration when applicable.
