Internship Description:
Develop a set of metrics (KPIs, etc.) for the Board of Directors, E.T., SLT, and other departments to monitor during the 2026-2027 program year aligned to the PEP Strategic Framework’s Core Objectives and accompanying Activation Plan using currently available data
Develop a system of project management monitoring for the CEO and Administrative Services Manager that enables efficient monitoring of multiple projects throughout the 2026-27 program year
Review data from internal stakeholders, external clients and prospective clients, and informal market research collected throughout the 2025-26 program year, and organize data in an actionable database aligned to support implementation of the PEP Strategic Framework’s Core Objectives and accompanying Activation Plan
Update PEP’s existing Organizational Performance Dashboard and OKRs and Actions for 2026-27 program year
Skill Requirements:
This internship requires proficient skills in the Microsoft Suite of tools, particularly including Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Teams, with some working knowledge of SharePoint, Forms, and Planner being preferred but not required.
The intern candidate is likely someone who is pursuing a business related or project management related field.

Case Western Reserve University (10900 Euclid Ave) is located about 3.2 miles east of the Positive Education Program central office at 3100 Euclid Ave in Cleveland, OH. By car, the drive typically takes 7 to 16 minutes via Chester Ave, depending on traffic. If you are commuting using public transit, the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) HealthLine (Bus 56/57) runs directly down Euclid Ave and takes about 20 to 25 minutes.
