>> My name is Dr. Katherine Bihr, and I am the Vice President of Programs and Education for the Tiger Woods Foundation. Yeah, I oversee all of the programatic efforts for the Tiger Woods Foundation. So the Tiger Woods Learning Center with the, which is an afterschool program that helps young people explore their interests and determine a pathway for college, primarily in the STEM fields. And then I also oversee the Earl Woods Scholarship Program, which helps provide scholarships, mentors, and internships to young people who come from underserved backgrounds. I spend probably most of my time kind of on conference calls and a little bit of trouble shooting, maybe things that are happening in our programs around the country. Also trying to build new partnerships, particularly in the tech, technology sector so that we can continue to try to grow our programs and help them expand. Interestingly enough, this is the 10th year the Tiger Woods Learning Center Program, and we came up with three strategic priorities, and they include creating a professional development roll-out for teachers and educators in the out-of-school time space. Our second priority is to expand our scholarship program. So we have recently hired staff to put another kind of hub on the east coast based in our Washington, D.C., office. And then finally, the third piece of our expansion is around creating a digital repository and interactive website for young people and teachers to go on, and we're partering with Discovery Education Network to do that. So that's kind of a big part of what's happening recently.
